This study aims to find out whether visual sports media has a role in spreading sports culture in this milieu and to emphasize the great role played by visual sports media in particular, and to identify the importance of the influence of programs exclusively in spreading sports culture, including awareness of the practice of sporting activity among women.

The study is based on a study community in the range of 80 women and a sample represents a quarter of this number, and we concluded in the end that watching TV has the role of increasing cultural awareness among women and that it has a positive impact on spreading the culture of sports practice among women through a set of programs that clarify the relationship between sports practice and disease prevention
