Abstract EN

This article deals with a study of the reality of managing social responsibility in economic foundations and its impact on building the social dimension of sustainable development- a field study in economic foundations in the industrial zone of Kashida Batna.

This study aims to brief the theoretical concepts related to social responsibility and sustainable development and the extent of application of this type of responsibility in the foundations under study.

The key findings of the study show that: The interest in managing and implementing social responsibility does not exist in the reality of the foundations under study at the present time, whether it is related to the planning side of social responsibility or the aspect of organization, direction and control.
