The intensification of banking competition between Algerian banks at the local and international level in order to achieve competitive advantage imposed on them the imperative to adopt the method of reengineering their banking operations as a proactive and forward-looking step in order to refrefer their banking services provided to customers dealing with these national banks, which achieves satisfaction to customers and attracts others, which guarantees excellence and continuity.
