يعتبر التسرب المدرسي مشكلا اجتماعيا و تربويا له انعكاسات كبرى على الفرد و المجتمع.
شهدت المنظومة التربوية في تونس ارتفاعا في نسب المتسربين من الدراسة الذين بلغ عددهم123 ألفا في سنة 2013 نصفهم غادر مقاعد الدراسة مبكرا دون إتمام مرحلة التعليم الأساسي.
يهتم هذا المقال بدراسة التسرب المدرسي.
وذلك بالاعتماد على نتائج دراسة ميدانية أنجزت في سنة 2015 على عينة تشمل 220 متسربا من الدراسة بالمرحلة الإعدادية بمدينتي صفاقس و قابس.
باستعمال تقنيتي الاستبيان و المقابلات نصف الموجهة و عددها (20).
حيث يبحث في الارتباطات القائمة بين التسرب المدرسي و متغيرات أخرى كالنوع الاجتماعي والوسط الجغرافي و الاجتماعي و المحيط الحضري على وجه الخصوص.
ان تحليل مسارات التسرب المدرسي يتطلب الاهتمام بالحياة اليومية للفاعلين داخل المدرسة و خارجها و استكشاف خصوصية التجربة المدرسية التي يخوضونها و إدراك مختلف مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية التي توجه سلوكهم.

In Tunisia, school drop-out is a real socio-educational phenomenon, the rates of which continue to rise and will exceed 123, 000 pupils in 2013, half of whom leave school early before completing the basic education cycle.
This article presents the main results of research developed in 2015.
Nearly 220 dropouts, using questionnaire techniques, and 20 semi-structured interviews.
Or we have sought to study the specificities of dropping out of school, at college, in two Tunisian cities in Sfax and Gabes.
And also to check the influence of the urban environment on this phenomenon.
Finally, we analyzed the paths taken by dropouts, based on previous school experience.

En Tunisie, Le décrochage scolaire constitue un véritable phénomène socio-éducatif, dont les chiffres ne cessent d'accroitre dépassant 123 mille élèves en 2013, La moitié d'entre eux quittent l'école précocement avant de terminer le cycle d'éducation de base.
Cet article présente les principaux résultats d'une recherche élaborée en 2015.
Auprès de 220 décrocheurs, par les techniques de questionnaire, et 20 entretiens semi directifs.
Ou on a cherché à étudier les spécificités du décrochage scolaire, au collège, dans deux villes tunisiennes à Sfax et Gabes.
Et à vérifier aussi l'influence du milieu urbain sur ce phénomène.
finalement on a analysé les parcours des décrocheurs, en se basant sur l'expérience scolaire antérieure.
