In this article, we address one of the main actors in the international arena, namely nongovernmental organizations, and through this article we aim to know the question of the extent to which these organizations have an international legal personality.

In order to understand this issue, we relied on the analytical method, by analyzing the various ideas that dealt with this issue.

We began first with a knowledge of the concept of this personality, through study in which we dealt with the definition of the international legal personality, and then the results of the recognition of this personality.

Then we dealt with the position of both international jurisprudence and work on the issue of the extent to which non-governmental organizations enjoy the international legal personality.

In the conclusion of the article, we say that the harbingers of these organizations' enjoyment of the international legal personality have emerged with evidence that some countries and intergovernmental organizations have granted some of these organizations an international legal personality within a functional framework, but there is still some hesitation on the part of the Persons of the international community to grant them this personality.
