تعتبر جريمة القتل من أبشع الجرائم المرتكبة في حق النفس البشرية و ما تتركه من آثار وخيمة لا تقتصر على مرتكبيها فقط و أما على الضحية و على المجتمع الكبير و ذلك راجع إلى جملة من العوامل المتشابكة التي بالرغم من اختلاف مرتكبيها إلى أنهم يشتركون في الغالب في نفس العوامل و الأسباب المؤدية إلى ارتكابها.
لذا فقد كان الهدف من هاته الدراسة هو معرفة العوامل و الأسباب التي تدفع بالمجرم القاتل إلى اقتراف جريمته سواء عوامل و أسباب اجتماعية كانت نفسية اقتصادية دينية.

الخ وقوفا إلى الملامح و السمات الشخصية التي يتميز بها هؤلاء المجرمون فضلا عن نوعية الأسلحة التي يتم اعتماد عليها في تنفيذ الجريمة وصولا إلى معرفة الآثار المترتبة من هاته الجريمة.
Abstract EN
The crime of murder is one of the most heinous crimes committed against human life and the dangerous consequences of which are not limited to the perpetrators alone or to the victim and to the large community, due to a number of interrelated factors, which, although the perpetrators are different, often share the same factors a nd causes for the commission of the crime.
So the aim of this study was to find out the factors and reasons that le ad the killer criminal to commit his crime, whether it was social factors and reasons, psychological, economic, r eligious...etc.
To identify the personal characteristics, including the demographic, social and psychological char acteristics of such criminals, as well as the type of weapons to be relied upon in the execution of the crime, in or der to ascertain the consequences of this crime.

Le meurtre est l'un des crimes les plus odieux commis contre la vie humaine et dont les graves conséquences ne se limitent pas aux seuls auteurs ou à la victime, mais affectent également la grande communauté, en raison de plusieurs facteurs interdépendants qui, bien que les auteurs soient différents, partagent souvent les mêmes facteurs et causes pour la commission du crime.
Le but de cette étude est, donc, de découvrir les facteurs et les raisons qui conduisent le criminel à commettre un meurtre, de savoir s’ils sont à l’origine sociaux, psychologiques, économiques, religieux...etc.
Identifier, par la même occasion, les traits et les caractéristiques personnelles du criminel, notamment les caractéristiques démographiques, sociales et psychologiques, ainsi que le type d'armes utilisées dans l'exécution du crime, pour déterminer, enfin, les conséquences de ce crime
