So he recruited a group of orientalists and officers who had sufficient knowledge of Islam and the Arabic language because they realized very well that the Algerian people are among the peoples who have long been distinguished by their adherence to their religion and pride in their language and their love for their homeland, and therefore it was among the ways to control this people and access their mentality and knowledge Entrances to influence it, to study the composition of Algerian society in order to make it easier for them to control, Because they found in its adherence to its Arab Islamic cultural identity a strong bulwark against any external influence that wants to harm this strategy.
