Badis son of Habous son of Maxen is Granada's third Sannhajin princes, and one of its most prominent rulers described as cunning, courageous, and a keen politician and manager.

He stood by the Berber princes in their war against the Andalusian Arand Amarites, additionally, many crises emerged during his reign, both internally and externally.

internally, between the Jews and the people of Granada from the Arand the Berbers, a problem which almost dragged the city into a civil war, had it not been for his wisdom and flexibility in managing the crisis with a group of his entourage to resolve the conflict.

Moreover, on the external level, he was able, with his political insight and military organizations, to overcome his opponents and catch their defeats, and arrest their conspiratorial leaders in the battlefields.
