Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the lack of educational equipment on achieving the objectives of physical education class, particularly in the psych- motional, cognitive and spiritual aspects.

And to that end; the researcher mainly relied on the descriptive approach, he also used the questionnaire as a tool of study, by setting up a form composed of 16 questions broken down into three main areas, each area revolves around one of the behavioral aspects of the student .and he randomly selected a sample of 30 physical educational teachers from different secondary schools located in Annaba province.

The researcher has concluded that the lack educational resources and equipment has a negative impact on the ability to achieve the goals and objectives of physical education, particularly in the following areas ; psych- motional, cognitive and spiritual aspects.

And based on that, the researcher recommends that the educational intuitions must provide the necessary means, and that includes, fully equipped facilities as well as different types of resources and equipment needed by the physical education teachers ,for their important role in the class by assisting the teacher and developing the students’ abilities at the same time.
