The hopes for activating E-leaming still face many obstacles represented in the infrastructure necessary to operate the e-learning system, especially in developing countries, in addition to the financial cost represented by the difficulty of providing computers or (iPad) to students, as well as their suitability for the needs of some Students with special needs, and the provision of qualified and trained human cadres is a major challenge.

Also, one of the most important components of the adoption of distance e-learning systems in any society is the extent to which these systems are accepted by traditional university education institutions and the extent to which the academic circles in these institutions recognize the established standards, certificates and degrees awarded by distance learning systems.
