The matter has changed to day, so the strength of institutions and countries lies in their ideas in line with the changes to provide the best services.

Therefore, an organization that does not keep pace with change and constantly develops to know the emerging needs of the market, and deals with changing conditions,will be eliminated by competition after a short period.
