Talking about the obstacles facing education efforts between economic diversification, the weak ability of the country's products to compete in the domestic and foreign markets, the low level of productivity of government employees, and dissatisfaction with the level of national knowledge, technical and media production are all symptoms of problems whose role has not been clearly considered.

The outputs of the education system in its various stages, and that hastening to provide high quality education will have significant positive effects on economic and social indicators, the most important of which are the competitiveness of the economy, the level of productivity and incomes of individuals, regional development, social justice, and political participation.
