The systems at the present time seek to invest the mental capabilities of learners in the various educational and educational stages, starting from the kindergarten stage by setting appropriate programs that develop the various mental skills and abilities they have, including creative thinking skills that can be developed in children through activities, and in that Torrance says that some early manifestations of creative thinking in children can be noticed by grasping, shaking, turning and manipulating things in different ways, which is called the skill of fluency in creative thinking.
Hence, modern science programs no longer focus on filling the learner’s mind with knowledge and information, but rather emphasize the importance of the child’s acquisition of various scientific skills, research and thinking skills through scientific activities that are organized and planned in a way that stimulates creative thinking for children, including the Children's University project.
And technology that helps the child to develop his creative thinking through the development of his skills And social work, being one of the humanitarian professions, we find that it has been interested in providing integrated care for the children’s category by providing preventive, curative and developmental experiences appropriate for this group in order to keep pace with the conditions and events of society, due to the technical skills and methods they contain.
Thus, it is possible that social service as a profession with a humanitarian mission Providing children with social experiences and planning to develop and improve activities for their care in order to satisfy their basic needs and develop creative skills, including the skill of fluency in their creative and social thinking, which achieves their consensus and communication with others.
The results were as follows: From the previous presentation, we notice that all the expressions are at a high and medium level, where the response of the study sample came at an above average level, where the weighted total was (2381) with an average (25.18) and a weighted weight (228.54) and a relative strength of (64.56%) .
Therefore, it can be said that: There are many phrases that fulfill the skill of fluency in creative thinking for children who are enrolled in the Children's University, and they are as follows: "I can identify things easily" Weighted weight (97.67), relative strength (82.7%), and arithmetic average (2.48), "I can express my thoughts easily" with a weighted weight (95.67), relative strength (81.7%) and an arithmetic mean of (2.43), With a weighted weight (86), relative strength (72.88%), and a weighted average of 2.19, I can respond to the situations that I am exposed to ,“I can re-tell the story as soon as I hear it” with weighted weight (81.33), relative strength (68.07%) and an arithmetic mean of (2.04).
“The more often I hear stories, the more my thoughts about them increase” with a weighted weight (80.0), relative strength (68.80%) and an arithmetic average of (2.03).
“Recognizing images of things just to see them” with weighted weight (78.33), relative strength (66.38%) and an arithmetic average Amount (1.99)
