Abstract EN

The current research examined the effectiveness of individual case management in achieving social support for children released from Israeli prisons, related to family support, institutional support, and informational support for children released from Israeli prisons.

Where the study relied on the experimental method, using the Social Support Scale form for children released from Israeli prisons.

The results of the study concluded that there were statistically significant differences in the average degrees of problems related to social support for the liberated child before and after the professional intervention using individual case management in favor of the post-measurement.

At the end of the research, many recommendations were made, most notably the need for social institutions working in the field of childhood in Palestinian society to pay attention to this segment of children due to the difficulty of the detention experience they went through, with the need to train social workers on how to use individual case management within work with children, especially children liberated prisoners.
