William McKinley is Considered one of the heads of Prominent Republicans in the United States, and is considered the period of his presidency during the years 1897 - 1901 for the United States of key moments in American history in general and the Republican Party in particular, he was able to achieve economic prosperity to its policy of internal and became the United States in the custody of a global power over foreign policy through control and expansion across the country in the world, as he helped the United States to enter the twentieth century as a new and powerful empire on the world stage.

This research included an introduction, three sections and a conclusion, taking the first section of his birth and upbringing until 1896, while the second section guarantees the policy and its internal affairs to the president from 1896 to 1898, and the third section included his political and foreign relations from 1898 to 1901.
