The research aims at identifying the most prominent legal reformers of the land, namely, the leasing law (35) for the year 1983 and the law of 117 of 1970 on contracts and distribution, as well as the spatial variation of the area of agricultural holdings by district in the district of Hilla, And to identify this disparity between the areas of the study area and what is prevailing in the region as well as knowledge of the most important pros and cons of these laws and their disadvantages and whichever is the most among the laws of agrarian refor.

And The purpose of the research is to know the meaning of agricultural tenure and the concept of agricultural land uses.
