عالجت هذه الدراسة التحليل و النمذجة القياسية لتأثير تقلبات أسعار النفط على إدارة العوائد النفطية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000- 2019) و ذلك من أجل تحديد طبيعة أثر اتجاه أسعار النفط على العوائد النفطية باستخدم نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL بالإضافة إلى تحليل كيفية إدارة هذه العوائد في ظل تقلبات أسعار النفط في الجزائر.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أسعار النفط تأثر مباشرة على قيمة العوائد النفط هذا ما يؤكد العلاقة الموجودة بين أسعار النفط و العوائد النفطية التي تعتبر أحد أهم العوامل المحددة لها هذا إلى جانب العراقيل التي تسببها تقلبات أسعار النفط على إدارة عوائد النفط الأمر الذي يؤثر مباشرة على الميزانية العامة للدولة و ثمة تعطيل سير عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية.
Abstract EN
Q350This study dealt with standard analysis and modeling of the impact of oil price fluctuations on managing oil revenues in Algeria during the period (2000-2019), in order to determine the nature of the effect of oil price trend on oil revenues using the ARDL model.
In addition to analysing how to manage these revenues in light of the fluctuations in oil prices in Algeria.
The study found that oil prices are directly affected by the value of oil revenues.
This confirms the relationship between oil prices and oil revenues, which is one of the most important determinants for them, in addition to the obstacles that fluctuations in oil prices cause on managing oil revenues, which directly affects the state's general budget and the process of disrupting the economic development process.
