This article aims to clarify the relationship of application programs with administrative functions in public institutions, taking Martyr Muhammad Khentash Bahchoun High School - Chlef as a model for our study.

Our field study showed through the results of the first hypothesis test that there is a statistically significant relationship between the applied programs and the administrative jobs in the secondary under study, and the results of the second hypothesis test proved that there are significant differences in the perception of the study sample members of the study variables (application programs and administrative jobs) attributable to the functional variables (Professional experience and educational level).
