Abstract EN

In general, this study aims to identify the organizational culture dimensions (the organizational dimension, the administrative dimension, the human dimension) to reduce the disciplinary problems from the viewpoint of the employees of the Directorate of Water Resources in the Wilaya of Djelfa (Algeria).

Data and information related to the study were collected through the design of a questionnaire.

And distributed on the study sample of (45) individual.

The study found that the awareness of the organizational culture dimensions in the Directorate of Water Resources in Djelfa (Algeria) was at a medium level, and that the level of disciplinary problems was high in the Directorate of Water Resources in Djelfa (Algeria).

It was also found through the results of the simple linear regression that there is a statistically significant effect of the organizational culture on the disciplinary problems of tires in the Directorate of Water Resources in Djelfa (Algeria).
