تعتبر الجريمة من أهم القضايا الاجتماعية و أخطرها وهي لا تقتصر على مجتمع بعينه لكن حدتها تختلف من مجتمع لآخر حسب ما تنطوي عليه من جوانب سلبية من شانها ان تمس بأمن المجتمع و استقراره.
لذلك أصبحت تحتل مكانة بارزة ضمن قائمة الموضوعات التي تحضى بالدراسة و تقام من اجلها المؤتمرات و الملتقيات و ترصد لها الأموال من أجل دراستها خاصة اذا كانت هذه الجرائم ارتكبت من طرف الاحداث حيث هذا الحدث كان لوقت غير بعيد هو الضحية فاصبح اليوم هو الجاني و بازدياد هذه الظاهرة و تطورها اصبح الاهتمام بالبحث و الاستقصاء عنها من الأهمية بمكان خاصة وان هذه الجرائم أصبحت ترتكب في الوسط المدرسي الذي كان من المنتظر ان يكون المؤسسة الوقائية التي تحمي الطفل من السلوك الاجرامي او كما قال فيكتور هيجو ان كل مدرسة تفتح أبوابها يقابلها سجن مغلق و على هذا الأساس ارتاينا ان نطرح الإشكالية المحورية في هذه المداخلة وهي ما هي العوامل المساهمة في السلوك الاجرامي -ما هي التداعيات و الاثار الناتجة عن الجرائم المرتكبة من طرف الاحداث في الوسط المدرسي -ما هي المقترحات للحد من تنامي الجريمة في الوسط المدرسي

Le crime est l'un des problème les plus important dans la société, et sa gravite varie d'une société à l'autre selon les aspects négatives qui affectent la stabilité de la société, de sorte qu'il occupe une place prépondérante dans la liste des sujets étudies et retenu surtout que le crime aujourd'hui est commis par les mineures, ceux qui étaient victimes sont devenus coupable, l'ensification de ce phénomène et son développement on suscite l'intérêt de la recherche et leur enquêtes revêtent une importance particulière ces crime sont commis au milieu écolier qui était censé être une institution protectrice protégeant l'enfant du comportement criminel et sur cette base le problème centrale de cette intervention - Quel sont facteurs et les conséquences des crime commis par les mineurs survenu a l'école? Quelles sont les propositions pour réduire la criminalités dans les institutions scolaire?
