English Abstract
This study was carried out in the research and agricultural experiments station - College of Agriculture - University of Kirkuk - Iraq during The period Sep.
2017 to Jul.
2018 to study effect of urea fertilizing with three levels (0 , 50 and 100) g.tree-1 and Humic acid spraying with three levels (0 , 2 and 4)g.L-1 on some growth characteristics of lemon seedlings.
The results in this experiment could be summarized as: The 50g.tree-1 of urea had significant increase on all the studied growth characteristics , the 4g.L-1 of Humic acid led to significant increase on ( plant height, number of leaves and branches, branches height and diameter, leaf area and chlorophyll content) and the (2 and 4) g.L-1 hasn’t significant increase in stem diameter.
The interaction of treatments had significant increase in 50g.tree-1 urea and 4g.L-1 Humic acid on all studied characteristics.
