يعالج هذا المقال الجرائم التي مورست على الأطفال الجزائريين من طرف السلطات الاستعمارية الفرنسية خلال فترة احتلال الجزائر حيث قامت الإدارة الفرنسية بالتضييق على الأطفال من خلال السيطرة على الجانب التعليمي و الديني للأطفال محاولة منهم للقضاء على الهوية الوطنية و تنصير المجتمع الجزائري باستغلال هذه الفئة من المجتمع وهي الفئة الهشة التي يمكن السيطرة عليها و غرس في أذهانها أفكار تخدم المصالح الفرنسية فشيدت دور للأيتام و مدارس للأطفال بالإضافة إلى تعرض بعض الأطفال إلى أبشع طرق التعذيب بعد مشاركتهم في النضال الجزائري من خلال المشاركة في المظاهرات كمظاهرات 08 ماي 1945م و 11 ديسمبر1960م
Abstract EN
This research deals with the issue of crimes against Algerian children during the French colonial period.
The French authorities took control of children education in an attempt to eliminate the national identity, and evangelizing Algerian society through children, which is a fragile group that can be controlled intellectually and psychologically by inoculating ideas that served the French interests (the developers).
In addition and despite their young, children were subject to discrimination and victims to worst methods of torture
