هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة محددات رأس المال الاجتماعي و أثرها على الرضا الوظيفي الدراسة شملت عينة من موظفي مجموعة من البنوك العمومية (CPA BADR BDL) بولاية سعيدة وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة بعد استخدام برنامج النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية (Smart PLS3) إلى أن محددات رأس المال الاجتماعي لدى عينة الدراسة تتمثل في الثقة و الاشراك أما البعدين الآخرين المتمثلين في بعد التعاون و التكافل و بعد الزمالة فهما ليسا من المحددات كما تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر معنوي إيجابي لرأس المال الاجتماعي على الرضا الوظيفي
Abstract EN
This study aimed to try to know the determinants of social capital and its impact on job satisfaction.
The study included a sample of employees of a group of public banks (CPA, BADR, and BDL) in Saida town.
This study, after using the Smart PLS3 modeling program, concluded that the determinants of social capital in this sample is represented in trust and involvement.
The other two dimensions, represented by the dimension of cooperation and solidarity, and the dimension of fellowship are not determinants.
It was also found that there is a positive significant effect of social capital on job satisfaction.
