Abstract EN

This study aims at shedding light on the Most important reforms adopted by Alegria, to confront varions problems and crises; whether due to the shift from the economy oriented to the market economy or the failure of the first reforms; in addition to trying to highlight; the role of governance principles transparency and disclosure in promoting economic reforms and considering them as a positive turning point in this area.

The study concluded with the necessity of adopting and activating the principles of governance and taking into account the requirements of their application in Algeria; is a good opportunity to advance the economy and increase the efficiency of the reforms pursued in all fields, getting out of economy from dependence and reliance on oil revenues is the most important element of the state's general budget
