هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من مدى فعالية متغيرات السياسة النقدية بما فيها العرض النقدي و سعر الصرف الحقيقي في التأثير على معدلات التضخم في الجزائر اعتمادا على نموذج الإنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة و المتباطئة و نموذج متجه تصحيح الخطأ بإستخدام سلاسل زمنية سنوية للفترة 2018-2000.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى فعالية تأثير العرض النقدي على معدل التضخم في الأجلين القصير و الطويل في حين فعالية تأثير سعر الصرف الحقيقي على معدل التضخم في الأجل القصير فقط.
و قد أوصت الدراسة في الأخير بضرورة دعم إستقلالية البنك المركزي فضلا عن تعزيز الشفافية و المسائلة للسلطات النقدية أكثر في مجال إدارة السياسة النقدية.
Abstract EN
This paper attempts to investigate the effectiveness of monetary policy variables, including money supply and real exchange rate, in influencing Algeria's inflation rates, based on the ARDL and the VECM model.
The study concluded the significant effect of the money supply on the inflation rate in the both short / long term, while the effectiveness of the effect of the real exchange rate on the inflation rate was in the short term only.
Finally,the study recommended to support the independence of the Central Bank As well as enhancing transparency for accountability to the monetary authorities more in the area of monetary policy management.
