هدفت الدراسة الى قياس أثر كل من معدل إعادة الخصم و معدل الاحتياطي القانوني على معدل التضخم (معبرا عنه بمؤشر أسعار المستهلك) في الجزائر و ذلك خلال الفترة (2000-2018) باستخدام اختبار الحدود (Bounds Test) المقترح من قبل (Pesaran، Shin، & Smith، 2001) و الذي يعرف بنموذج (Autoregressive-Distributed Lag Test (ARDL) Bounds test).
توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك و علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين معدل التضخم و بقية المتغيرات المستقلة كما تبين من خلال التقدير وجود علاقة سالبة و معنوية عند مستوى دلالة 1% بين المتغيرات المستقلة (معدل إعادة الخصم و معدل الاحتياطي القانوني) من جهة و المتغير التابع معدل التضخم من جهة أخرى.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to measure the effect of both the Rediscount rate and the Reserve requirements' constitution rate on the Inflation rate (annual consumer prices) in Algeria, During the period (2000-2018), Using the Bounds Test proposed by (Pesaran et al.
, 2001), Which is known as the (ARDL) model.
The study concluded that there is a Cointegration relationship.
And a long-run equilibrium relationship between the Inflation rate and the independent variables.
The estimation also showed a negative and significant relationship, at the 1% level, between the independent variables in one side (the Rediscount rate and the Reserve requirements' constitution rate), and the Inflation rate in the other side.
