Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of Quality of Working life in Guelma Omar Ben Omar canned food organization, and their impact on the development of creative skills for workers.

To achieve this objective; the adoption of analytical and descriptive approach to identifying composed of (40) paragraphs and distributed to a sample of (90) researched, including reclaimed (75) identifying suitable for statistical analysis.

V24), The study found that there is a statistically significant effect of quality of working life in the development of creative skills for workers, Where the remuneration and incentives and pattern of supervision is the most influential.
