This study aimed to know the impact of time management in its dimensions (time planning, time management, leadership style, time control, demographic factors) on employee performance of the Arab Company for Electrical Industries, and to achieve this goal a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 94 individuals.

It was found that there is a statistically significant effect between time management and employee performance, and a statistical significance effect for time planning, time management, leadership style, time control on employee performance, while there was no effect of the demographic factors dimension.
