كشفت هذه الدراسة عن دور القيادة التحويلية في تعزيز الثقة التنظيمية وصل عدد الاستبانات المملوءة إلى (226) استبانة و أظهرت النتائج على و جود أثر معنوي للقيادة التحويلية على الثقة التنظيمية وأن القيادة التحويلية تفسر ما نسبته 47.
4% من الثقة التنظيمية و الباقي أي 52.
6% تفسره عوامل أخرى و على وجود أثر معنوي لبعد التأثير النموذجي على الثقة التنظيمية و عدم وجود أثر معنوي للأبعاد الأخرى للقيادة التحويلية على الثقة التنظيمية أوصت الدراسة على رفع مستوى الثقة بالإشراف الجيد و المعاملة العادلة و الاتصال الدائم داخل المنظمة.
Abstract EN
This study highlights the role of transformational leadership in enhancing organizational confidence through a survey including 229 filled questionnaires.
The results indicate that there is a significant impact of the transformational leadership on the organizational trust, in which the former explains 47.
4% of the organizational confidence and the rest, i.

6% is explained by other factors.
Indeed, the study shows the presence of a significant impact of the model impact dimension on the organizational trust and the ence of a significant impact of other dimensions of the transformational leadership on the organizational trust.
The study recommends raising the level of trust through good supervision, fair treatment, and constant communication within the organization
