تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية استخدام المنطق الضبابي في التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي للمؤسسات الجزائرية وذلك عن طريق محاولة بناء نموذج ضبابي للتنبؤ بالاعتماد على ثلاث (3) نسب مالية مستخرجة من القوائم المالية لعينة من المؤسسات تتمثل في خمسة عشر (15) مؤسسة صغيرة و متوسطة تابعة لقطاع البناء (ETB) في ولاية أدرار سبعة (7) مؤسسات منها متعثرة ماليا و الباقي (8) سليمة خلال الفترة )2014-2018( وقد أثبتت النسب المستخدمة في النموذج قوة ارتباط عالية في تحديد حالة المؤسسة من حيث كونها متعثرة ماليا أو سليمة و تتمثل هذه النسب في: نسبة المردودية الاقتصادية معدل دوران الأصول نسبة الخصوم الجارية وقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة جودة تصنيف النموذج المقترح للمؤسسات محل الدراسة بنسبة 93.

Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to identify the effectiveness of the use of fuzzy logic in predicting the financial failure of Algerian companies.
We propose the construction of a fuzzy forecasting model based on 3 financial ratios of strong correlation with the financial state of the company (failing, healthy).
These ratios were extracted from the financial statements of 15 small and medium-sized companies belonging to the ETB Building Sector Company for the Wilaya of Adrar, including 7 companies in financial difficulty and the others were healthy during the period (2014-2018).
The study results indicated the quality of the classification of the proposed model for the institutions under study by 93.
