لقد اكتسب مفهوم تنمية الموارد البشرية اهتماما عظيما على المستويين النظري والعملي خلال السنوات الأخيرة، مما يظهر العمل المستمر والدءوب لبحث العلاقة القائمة بين التربية والتعليم م سوق العمل وقياس عوائد استثمار الطاقة البشرية.
إن الرؤية الحصيفة والمتزنة منصبة في هذا الصدد على سرعة الاستجابة وسعة الاستيعاب والفترة الزمنية التي تكفل إنجاز هذا المفهوم الراهن.
Abstract EN
Concept human resourses development acquired great interest in both theoretical and practical levels in these years, which shows continuous task in order to find relation among education and teaching, labour market and work measurement capital human.
the best vision and straight vision will be oriented to speed of response and span of capacity and period frequency which realize this actual concept.
