The article deals with the presence of Italians in Tunisia, where the enemy is the most important element not only in terms of census but also for the strength of their activity and influence, and members of the Italian community were absorbed by the rulers and even the French after imposing protection on the country in 1881 ad, in an indication of the importance of the community and the multiplicity of its activity, and its existence was established through the establishment social and cultural institutions, which preserved their generations' culture and belonging to their generations, in addition to their association with their home country.

although the Italians did not occupy the country politically, the reality attests to their specificity and distinctiveness, and enables them to continue their activity and their influence at all levels, and therefore considered the Italian component the most effective among other communities, and over decades of time they were able to leave their mark in the country.
