Abstract EN

This study aims to trace the reality of organizational practices in the Boulabe Corporation for Iron and Electrical Tools based on the approach of management close by analyzing and discussing these practices: specialization and division of jobs, formalization of behaviour in the organization, centralization and decentralization, decision-making at the enterprise level and the information system in the institution And the privacy of its operation within the framework of this approach (functional proximity, peaceful proximity, customer proximity and information system proximity).

And that is according to a descriptive and analytical approach using the case study method, where we relied on the interview tool to collect information that was conducted with the managers and some employees of the institution in the field of study.

The study concluded that although the owner/manager of the enterprise in question lacked awareness of the foundations of the organization's organizational practices and how they were run, it applied some management methods nearby, and we also noted that the owner/manager personality controlled the conduct of the enterprise.
