Abstract EN

The scholars are unanimously agreed on the importance of the objectives of maqasid al-sharia in understanding the hadith, and that is why the objectives must be reached with strong evidence, and this research came to answer the following question, which is: What are the guidelines that we use in deducing the partial objectives of the hadith? The research has concluded six controls, which are: Proof of Hadith - Proof of the words of the hadith- Harmony with the Illness of Hadith - Observance of the Verbal Significance of the Bug - Taking into account the context of the Hadith - Collection of Hadiths in the partial Sharia intent.

The research came with old and new examples in order to demonstrate their value in explaining hadith in this era.
