Abstract EN

This research aims to explain the negative side of the intended useof the legal texts in general and the hadith text in particular, as many of thosewho devoted themselves to the path of moderation and temperance havepursued the paths of excess and neglect, or tension and relaxation in theiruse of legal objectives in understanding the texts and deducing fromthem, as they generate an understanding that is not fulfilled by the spirit ofThe Sharia and its tolerance because of that, which calls for us to present thereasons for this intentional employment outside of the sound scientificmethod, interfering with that with some remedial methods for it, andappending it with a poem that includes among its aspects the correct way ofdealing with the intentional understanding of the texts.
