Abstract EN

This study discusses the issue of the biblical text, which the majority of the Christians believe that the four Messengers received thereof through revelation, and then they believe that it is far from distortion, and believing in the stories and legislations it contains is an obligatory matter.

Although it is proven that its distortion is a settled truth in the Qur'an, this study did not address the issue from this religious aspect that only Muslims acknowledge, but rather from two other aspects that are far from the pure religious approach, one of them is: the historical aspect, and the second is: integrative aspect.

In this context, the study was keen to limit the martyrdom to the statements of the Christians themselves, including scholars, researchers and historians, except in rare cases, and it concluded that the distortion in the biblical text was proven, and that its validity could not be assured, along with the belief of its holiness.
