Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to determine the impact of the business ethic on customer satisfaction during the Covid 19 period from the point of view of a group of customers in Biskra City.

The analytical descriptive approach, which is appropriate to the nature of the study, helps to examine the subject from its theoretical and practical point of view.

the study uses a questionnaire that was distributed to a group of clients in Biskra, and 169 questionnaires were retrieved, and the data were analyzed using SPSS V20 program.

finally, the study reaches a set of results, the most important of which is that the business ethic of traders explains 46 percent of the changes in consumer satisfaction.
