In this study, we try to identify the sources of professional pressures and their relationship to achievement motivation among elementary education professors at the El-Afron canton in the state of Blida, based on hypotheses that there is a correlation between the sources of professional pressures and achievement motivation, and the disclosure of gender differences in the sources of pressure and achievement motivation.

The study was conducted on a sample of 60 male and female teachers, using a scale for the sources of professional pressures and achievement motivation prepared by the researcher, and we have concluded that there is not necessarily the presence of professional pressures that lead to a decrease or increase in the achievement motivation of individuals, because there are individual differences between them represented in the nature of personality and how Dealing with stress that varies from person to person and other external factors
