Tourism work is considered a socio-economic activity, and it is exposed to shocks, crises and risks like all other economic sectors, but what distinguishes the tourism sector is that it is more sensitive than others to its great impact on global stability and peace, so tourism is surrounded by all kinds of economic, social, security, political and health risks.

in this scientific paper, we focus on the health risk represented by the coronavirus (COVID-19), which was able at the beginning of this year; not only that it hits the tourism sector activities, but also affects jobs and work in all parts of the world.

where do we highlight to the impact of this paralysis on the active labor force in the tourism sector, through an analytical descriptive study based on the opinions of experts and organizations interested in the tourism sector, supported by figures and statistics that simulate economic paralysis in general and tourism paralysis in particular.
