Abstract EN

The study seeks to try to shed light on the most important elements of law 18-18, especially with regard to mechanisms for protecting data of a personal nature, as the Algerian legislator took note of the process of processing it automatically with a number of legal measures, including previous ones and subsequent to processing operations, with the requirement of the approval of the national authority to protect data of a nature profile.
