The study focused on the issue of contract completion when the contracting parties do not agree on all issues of the contract, to avoid any dispute over its implementation, and to ensure its continuity until the achievement of the purpose for witch it was concluded, and to protect the interests of the contracting parties.

The study revealed the preeminent role of the judge in accordance with the restrictions and standards set for him by the legislator, as It also appears that the work of the judge here can be simply an interpretation and disclousure of the will of contractors, this can overcome by reaching the point of creating commitments, which the will of the contractors was not oriented towards this as long as it is one of his requirements.
