The principle of transparency and disclosure is viewed as one of the basic principles that are materialized by the legislator in the laws governing the stock exchange.

He assigns the committee, as an independent regulatory authority, to make sure that the information provided by the company is accurate, whether upon entering the stock exchange or when submitting purchase offers, in order to put an end to price manipulation and to the exploitation of inside information.

However, this cannot be taken for granted at all because the company also has the right to retain some confidential information if it deems it necessary for its interests, without exploiting and leaking it, even under the threat of legal accountability.
