This study aimed at highlighting and shedding light at the problem of economic corruption, as a dangerous and serious phenomenon that arab countries are suffering from and the causes and consequences resulting from it and also assess their efforts in combating corruption through the corruption perception index as a tool for measuring and evaluating The study has reached that economic corruption has spread in arab countries in a large scale and efforts of arab to combat it are varied and generally are ineffective.
