تتطلع هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: ماتأثير جائحة كورونا على صياغة الواقع الإقتصادي الدولي و صناعة القرارات الحاسمة فيه إن الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو محاولة فهم نقاط الضعف التي عليها امبريالية السوقوضغوطاتها على أمن الشعوب المستضعفة (صحيا و اقتصاديا)كما تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أزمة كورونا ماذا غيرت من فهومات و تصورات في شأن الأمن الإنساني و مقولات العمل و الإنتاجية مع عرض الأولويات المستقبليةالمستوحاة من رسالة اليونسكو و الأمم المتحدةمن أجل الإستعداد لمستقبل مؤكد و واضح.
تكمن أهمية الدراسة في راهنيتهاحيث يمر العالم اليوم من أقصاه إلى أقصاه بأزمة صحية على وقع أزمة اقتصاديةعطلت حيزا كبيرا من التطلعات و حتى الإنفكاك منها غير مؤكد.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلياستوعبت بيانات (نظرية و إحصائية) حول أزمة كورونا مما ساعد على إعطاء توضيحات كافية عن العلاقة القائمة بين الوباء و ضغط إمبريالية السوق ثم الإستفادة من الأخطاء.
توصلت الدراسة إلى الإستفادة من درس جائحة كورونا مستقبلا و تركيز الجهود في مخطط أمن إنساني مستقبلي يتحمل الظروف القاهرة و يتكيف مع الأزمات الطارئة
Abstract EN
The study looks to the answer the following problem: What is the impact of the Corona epidemic on shaping the international economic reality and making critical decisions in it? The main aim of this study is to try to understand the weaknesses of market imperialism, and its pressures on the security of vulnerable peoples.
The study also aims to know the Corona crisis, what has changed the perceptions in the matter of human security and the categories of work and productivity? With the presentation of future priorities, inspired by the UNESCO Courier and the United Nations, in order to prepare for a certain and clear future.
The importance of the study lies in its timeliness, as the world today is going with a health crisis in the wake of an economic crisis, The study reached to benefit from the lesson of the Corona pandemic in the future and to focus efforts on a future human security plan that tolerates force majeure and adapts to emergency crises
