This research paper seeks to identify a central term adopted by all international conventions related to the family, which is "gender".

It aims toClarify its conflict with the innate differences between male and female, and its pursuit of this philosophy for a world without innate families (male / female) and its call to homosexuality and atypical families.

The quranic and intentional approach is based on confirming the differences between men and women, which is the only way to garantie the continuation of the humankind.
