To deal with this epidemic, she called on Member States to establish an exceptional public policy.

Like these countries, the Algerian government has, since march 2020, promulgated periodic executive decrees, with a view to protecting the health of workers in the workplace, especially those threatened by the nature of their activities.

All workers have benefited from rights such as: the right to telework, the right to paid leave, etc.

What makes this experience important, and deserves a study to do its legal reading.
