The world is witnessed a continuous increase in the wastes volume required to be treated in ways that are environmentally, socially and aesthetically pleasing save, with less coasts.

The increase in the volume and accumulation of industrial wastes may represent many dangerous impacts.

This study aims to search for a new mechanism to the exploitation of the industrial waste including Rubber wheels, gutting it with the old ways has become a big threat to the human and the environment; it must be recycled and exploited in forms of environmental and Aesthetic dimensions with the framework of sustainable development strategies, until its exploration becomes a source of income for the countries.
