L'Oriental du Maroc est une zone fortement tributaire de l'émigration, un phénomène qui s'est progressivement étendu, entraînant de profonds changements sociaux, économiques et culturels.

Les décideurs de la région cherchent à utiliser tous les moyens à leur disposition pour attirer le plus grand nombre possible d'investissements directs étrangers, surtout l'attraction de la communauté marocaine résidante à l'étranger, notamment celle originaire de la région de l'oriental.

C'est un pari fondé puisqu'ils représentent plus d'un quart de la communauté marocaine à l'étranger.

Cet article tente d'identifier les efforts de la région pour fournir les conditions appropriées qui permettent à la communauté marocaine résidante à l'étranger d'effectuer un investissement sûr pour le grand bien de leur région, tout en leur donnant la chance d'explorer leurs connaissances et expériences acquises dans les autres pays.

Cela ne peut se faire pleinement qu'en créant les conditions nécessaires et en identifiant les moyens pour surmonter les différentes contraintes auxquelles ils sont confrontés, qu'elles soient de nature administrative, financière, ou autres, puis les transformer en éléments d'attraction, voire une raison de s'installer à nouveau dans leur pays.

The Oriental Region of Morocco heavily depends on emigration for more than a century.

The phenomenon of migration is gradually spreading throughout the whole region, bringing about profound social, economic and cultural changes.

The decision-makers in the region are seeking to use all possible means to create an investment development path by attracting as many direct foreign investment as possible, focusing first on the Moroccan community living abroad, especially those originating from the Oriental region.

It is a well-founded bet since they represent more than one quarter of the Moroccan community living abroad.

This article attempts to identify the efforts made by the region to provide the appropriate conditions for them to make a safe investment for the good of their region, while providing them with the chance to explore their knowledge and experience acquired in other countries.

This can be done only by creating the necessary conditions and by identifying ways to overcome the various constraints that they face, those of a legal or financial nature, or any other constraints, and turn it into an element of attraction.
