Terrorism is a phenomenon that threatens the international community in general.

Many international conventions have been concluded, as well as the issuance of many international resolutions by the General Assembly and the Security Council of the United Nations.

However, the issue of terrorism is still the most dangerous phenomenon that threatens all societies In spite of all the above mentioned international conventions, treaties or resolutions that have not been dealt with drastically, the reasons may be due to the intent not to find a unified definition of terrorism so as not to separate terrorist acts from those concerned with the right issue.

Self - defense (resistance Or the reason may be due to the dominance of some major countries on the international community through the control of the most important international organizations such as the United Nations, to control the countries that pose a grave danger and threaten the interests of those big countries in the world, so it is easy to accuse those dangerous countries of financing or Harboring terrorism, attacking these countries under the pretext of drying up the sources of terrorism as happened in Afghanistan and Iraq, and issuing resolutions under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, which is an exception to the principle of non-interference in the sovereignty of States.
