Abstract AR
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل العلاقة السببية بين الإنفاق العام و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2001-2019 باستخدام اختبار التكامل المشترك لجوهانسان و اختبار السببية لجرانجر حيث أظهرت نتائج اختبار التكامل المشترك إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات عند مستوى معنوية 5%.
توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود سببية قصيرة المدى ذات اتجاه واحد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الى نفقات التجهيز.
اي أن الزيادة في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي تؤدي الى زيادة الطلب الكلي و هو ما يدفع السلطات العامة الى التوسع في الانفاق العام لتحفيز النمو الاقتصادي و هو ما يتوافق مع قانون فاجنر(1892).

This paper examines the relationship between Public Expenditure and Economic Growth In Algeria during the period 2001-2019 by using Johansen Cointegration Test and Granger Causality Test, As a result, Johansen test showed a co-integration relationship between the variables at the level of 5% significance.
The study also indicate that there is a Short-term causality from GDP to equipment expenditure but not the other way around.
That is, an increase in the GDP leads to an increase in aggregate demand, which is what pushes the public authorities to expand public spending to stimulate economic growth, which is in accordance with the Wagner Act (1892).
